Language Arts
Students will draw and color on what they did this weekend. Next, they will write one sentence about their drawing.
Teacher will check each student’s work.
Activity:
Teacher will provide students with short stories about Transportation.
Teacher will read the story to them.
Students will cut out their pages to make their book. Teacher will help students staple their book
Next, students will read to 5 classmates and have them sign.
Teacher will assess their reading skills.
Social Studies
Discuss with students about their field trip on March 31, 2009; awaiting confirmation from Ms. Viola Sablan, TSA
Activity:
Students will be working on their table.
To enhance their learning students will search through magazines and newspaper for community helpers.
Next, students will cut and paste their community helpers on a chart paper provided by teacher.
Students work will be displayed outside the Kindergarten’s bulletin
board.
Science/Math
Teacher and students will discuss about their Touch sense activity from last Thursday.

Students will work on their alphabet of the week. They will practice writing the alphabet “Zz” on their tablet.
Activity:
1. Students will think of objects that have the beginning letter sound “Zz” and draw them on a blank sheet.
Next they will color their objects.
2. Students will work on their “Zz” activity sheet.

Activity:
Students will continue working on bulletin board outside the classroom; community helpers need to be added.
Science/Math
Students will recite vocabulary words for Money.
Activity: 5 problems
Students will write how much penny and nickel are worth when combine.

Students will create their “The Very Busy Spider” story streamer
Activity:
Students will color and cut out their animals. Next, they will string their animals according to the story.
Recite Vocabulary Words with students.

Activity:
Students will share with their group members about their community helper.
